Pasadena, May 2009 - Pankow is pleased to announce two executive appointments. Mike Betz, Vice President, as been appointed to the role of General Manager for Pankow Hawaii, responsible for the implementation and delivery of projects, execution of the business plan, business development and client service. Betz, who has been with Pankow Hawaii for thirteen years and served as Vice President and Group Manager of Pankow Special Projects’ Hawaii operations since 2007. He has been responsible for the successfully delivery of more than $100 million in construction projects throughout the islands and has extensive knowledge of Hawaii’s architectural, engineering and subcontracting community.
Don Carp has been promoted to a corporate position as Vice President, Business Development for Pankow in Southern California and will be located at the company’s headquarters in Pasadena, California. During the past thirteen years at Pankow, his positions have included Group Manager for Pankow Special Projects in Hawaii and most recently, Vice President and Hawaii Regional Manager for Charles Pankow Builders.
