Pankow's Design-Build Excellence Earns Three Awards

Pasadena, May 2009 - Pankow was honored recently with three awards in the Design-Build Institute of America's Western Pacific Region Awards Competition. The Jack London Square Parking Structure in Oakland California and the Annenberg Community Beach House in Santa Monica were received top honors with a Regional award in their respective categories. Pankow Special Projects San Francisco office recieved an Excellence award for design-build tenant improvement project for Kaiser's 4501 Broadway property in Oakland. The DBIA Western Pacific Region's annual design-build awards honor projects that exemplify the principals of interdisciplinary teamwork, innovation and problems solving that characterize design-build delivery.
