Dave Cunha Certified as Class A Hospital Inspector

Pasadena, December 13, 2007 - Pankow Special Projects, LP (PSPL) is pleased to announce that
Dave Cunha, a superintendent based in PSPL’s Northern California region, became a certified as a Class A Hospital Inspector by the State of California’s Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD). Class A hospital inspectors are certified to inspect the architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire and life safety, and structural areas of hospital construction.  

Mr. Cunha has more than twenty years of experience in healthcare construction including hundreds of projects throughout the California Pacific Medical Center’s campuses and with clients such as Mills-Peninsula Hospital, John Muir and Kaiser.

Mr. Cunha’s in-depth code knowledge and expertise with OSHPD requirements further strengthens Pankow’s ability to provide safe and quality healthcare construction services.
