Through BIM Execution Planning, Pankow sets the Vision, Mission and Goals for the implementation
of BIM on each project. BIM Execution Planning gives facility owners and early project team members a
tool for defining the scope of BIM implementation for their project, identifying the impacts of using BIM,
defining the team characteristics needed, and quantifying the value proposition for the appropriate level
of BIM modeling at the various stages in the project lifecycle.
