Pankow renovated the existing Avery Hall to the new George S. Benson Auditorium, including construction of a new lobby structure, entrance vestibules and restrooms.

Construction included a multi-purpose auditorium to accommodate classroom lectures, video screenings, panel discussions and performances. Design and construction of an articulated acoustical ceiling helps to reduce unwanted sounds.

To minimize disruption to academic operations, all heavy construction was completed during summer months before the school session started.

Flintridge Prep High School Library

The new library was tied to existing buildings and included a kitchen, classrooms and counseling offices.

Pankow’s design-build approach allowed for a team atmosphere and innovative problem

Project included demolition of an existing library and construction of a new retaining wall.

Malama Learning Center at Kapolei High School

Design-Assist Delivery

The Malama Learning Center will be a combination of high school facility, art and community center as well as house offices for the Nature Conservancy in Oahu.

St. Philip the Apostle School

20,000 square foot renovation; 19,000 square foot expansion

Renovation of an existing eight classroom school building including seismic upgrades and construction of an addition with 12 classrooms, a science room, computer lab, library and office space.

Multi-phased project included the construction of a multi-purpose building to provide assembly and gymnasium facilities, including an auditorium, music rooms and large kitchen.

All construction was completed during ongoing school operations.
